To calculate the rate you should indicate the points of shipping and delivery as well as the cargo characteristics in the corresponding fields of the Rate Calculator.


The Rate Calculator gets carriage estimates by the entered package characteristics, full weight and volume of goods in the selected direction (from the city of shipping to the destination).

  1. Please indicate dimensions (length, width, height and weight),
  2. Indicate the number of identical packages and press the button "Add". After that you will get the calculation form with the total carriage cost.

  1. Please indicate dimensions of the first package (or several identical packages if applicable to this shipment),

  3. Indicate dimensions of another package (or several identical packages) of this shipment in the field "Package Information",
  4. Press the button "Add",
  5. You should continue in such manner until you enter information on all the shipment.

• The total carriage cost includes extra charges for the cargoes which are bigger or/and heavier than prescribed limits.
• The minimal estimated value of the service is 10 Euro.
• Making the rate calculation we take into account the "cargo density" (weight/volume). If the cargo density is up to 200 kg/m3, the carriage cost is calculated on the basis of 1 m3 = 200 kg.
• If the total length, width or height dimension of the cargo is equal or bigger than 4, 5, 6, 9 and 12 m, the carriage cost increases 15%, 30%, 50%, 75% and 100% correspondingly.
• If the package weight is equal or greater than 1, 1.5 or 2 tons, the carriage cost increases 15%, 30% and 50% correspondingly.
• During the rate calculations we do not take into account the cost of the additional "special" (wooden) package, which price is 500 Rbls (~15 Euro) per 1 m3 (the cost of the additional package for car-glass, windows, plate glass etc. is 1000 Rbls (~30 Euro) per 1 m3). Cargoes requiring the "special" package.
• If the cargo needs intracity transportation from its location to the warehouse of the "GRUZOVOZOFF" Company before its shipment to the point of destination, we offer you the service of "Cargo acceptance and shipment without client's participation". The cost of this service should be calculated additionally on the basis of the price-list in the section "Rates and Terms".
