The cargo can suffer from intensive mechanical impacts during the transportation, especially long-distance traffic. In order to provide cargo's safety from damage the "GRUZOVOZOFF" Company provides a free service of cargo preparation for transportation. Before dispatching the goods from our warehouses we envelope them using such packaging materials as paper, carton, stretch package, polythene wrapping, scotch, etc. Soft packaging may be insufficient for shipment of fragile goods. That is why our rules of cargo reception suppose that our warehouse personnel decide which type of packing to use.

We may offer for a client a special package like a wooden container or box of appropriate size. This package is made at client's request or by the decision of authorized warehouse employee, according to our rules. We also offer fee-based sealing service for high-value consignments (at client's request).

REQUIREMENTS FOR CARGO RECEPTION AT WAREHOUSES OF THE "GRUZOVOZOFF" COMPANY:

To receive your cargo we carry out the following obligatory procedures:

  • We count the quantity of packages.
  • We weight the cargo.
  • We measure the cargo volume.
  • We determine the cargo package.
  • We make a soft or special package, appropriate for this type of goods.
  • We make cargo marking.

The client should have the following accompanying documents for the cargo:

  • If the shipper or the consignee are physical bodies:
    • sales check;
    • consignment note;
    • copies of certificates (if the cargo is subject to obligatory certification) or a letter from "Rostest" verifying that goods of this type do not need certification.
  • If the shipper or the consignee are legal entities:
    • consignment notes signed and stamped;
    • invoice indicating the country of origin and (for goods of foreign origin only) Cargo Customs Declaration reference number;
    • copies of certificates (if the cargo is subject to obligatory certification) or a letter from "Rostest" verifying that goods of this type do not need certification.

Dear Clients! We shall ask you to fulfil these requirements because cargo documentation may be checked by officers of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Road Patrol Service during the transportation.

The main principle of our work is quality and reliability of cargo forwarding.
