Blagoveshchensk is one of the most ancient towns of the Far East. Blagoveshchensk was founded in 1856 at the intersection of the Zeya and the Amur rivers as the Ust-Zeisky military post. In 1858 construction of the Church of the Annunciation (Blagoveshchenie) began, the village was renamed stanitsa Blagoveshchenskaya and subsequently became the city of Blagoveshchensk, the center of the Amur Region.

Rapid economic growth particularly based on gold production began at that time. The favorable location in the valley of two big rivers determined the role of Blagoveshchensk as an important transport junction. River traffic became the key trade of the city and the entire Region.

The Trans-Siberian Railway line that was put in commission in 1913 connected Blagoveshchensk with the central part of Russia. During the foreign intervention and the Civil War Blagoveshchensk was among the first liberated cities of the Far East and the Eastern Transbaikalia.

During the Great Patriotic War (the Second World War) Blagoveshchensk was the advanced post at the front border and resisted to armed forces of Japan. In 1945 Blagoveshchensk became the army camp of soviet forces.

Today Blagoveshchensk is a big trade center in the south part of Russia. The city's location makes it particularly suitable for foreign economic cooperation with countries of the Asia-Pacific Region. There are a big river port, a railway station and an airport in Blagoveshchensk. Furthermore it is an important road junction. The construction of the highway bridge over the Amur River is in project. It will assure connection between Russia and China, whose frontier passes along the deepest part of the Amur River.

Historical dates:

On December 8, 1858 the Amur Region was established by imperial Decree. Blagoveshchensk became the regional administrative center.

In 1891 tsarevitch Nikolay, emperor Nikolay II to be, visited Blagoveshchensk. The triumphal arch was built on the landing stage in his honour.
In 1915 the first garage with vehicles for conveyance of passengers and driving was opened in Blagoveshchensk.

In 1961 at outskirts of Blagoveshchensk close to village of Timoshki archeologists discovered instruments of labour from time of lower pal eolith.

In 1981 a highway bridge over the Zeya River was constructed in Blagoveshchensk.

The main principle of our work is quality and reliability of cargo forwarding.
